Our process

Scans, discharge summaries, biopsy results — whatever you have, in any language. We translate them at no cost. If you have no reports at all, tell us what has been diagnosed and we will advise which tests are worth doing before you travel.

A specialist at a hospital in our network reviews the case and returns a written opinion: what they would recommend, how long it takes, and an indicative cost. Complimentary, and without obligation. Most families have it within 48 hours.

We give you our recommendation and our reasoning, but the choice of hospital and surgeon is yours. Want a second opinion from a different hospital first? We will arrange it. A video consultation with the surgeon can usually be set up before you commit.

We facilitate the hospital invitation letter your embassy will ask for, and tell you exactly which other documents you need. Attendant visas for up to two family members are applied for at the same time. Flights, airport pickup and accommodation are arranged.

You are met at arrivals by name. Your coordinator is present for admission, keeps your family updated, and makes sure your questions reach the right person. An interpreter joins consultations if you need one.
